- Contact all persons enquiring about a holiday property, requesting a brochure from or placing a booking with Headlands Holidays with details of special offers, short breaks, last minute deals and other information directly related to Headlands Holidays unless you, the client, specifically request otherwise
- Use any client comments about the service provided or our holiday accommodation (including details of names, locations and service provided) in our promotional material including both internet and traditional marketing formats, unless you, the client, specifically request otherwise at the time of booking
Headlands Holidays will not:
- Distribute any information about our clients to third parties without their express permission
- Sell any client information to any third party
